Do I need to provide running water and/or electricity? No, we come equipped with plenty of water and a generator to power all of our equipment.

Can you detail my vehicle on the street? Unfortunately, no. Due to the potential dangers of traffic a driveway or space outside of a traveled road is required.

Do I need to clean out my vehicle before it is detailed? Yes, personal items such as clothes, shoes, sunglasses, children's car seats, toys, etc. must all be removed. All items found during a cleaning will be placed in a bag and placed in the trunk of the vehicle when the detail is complete.We will not open the glove box or center console without your permission first.

Do I have to be present when you detail my vehicle? Yes, first-time clients must be present while their vehicle is being inspected and to confirm estimate. For returning customers it is optional.

Can my vehicle be detailed in hot or wet weather? Working in unpredictable elements is challenging. Automobile detailing in extremely sunny conditions is not ideal but it is manageable. When rain/snow is in the forecast, we will typically try to reschedule unless the client has a garage or suitable enclosed workspace.

Are all stains guaranteed to be removed? No, some stains cannot be removed completely. We will do our best to remove them, but will stop before causing damage to fabric or leather surfaces.
